Dr. Paulette also has the following events coming up. He will take part in an ancient beer discussion with Les Stewart of Trophy Brewing at So & So Books (719 N. Person Street) on Tuesday, Sept 10 at 6pm and he will present highlights from his book at Fullsteam Brewery in Durham on Sunday, Sept. 15 at 5PM.
