Anne Marie Mild
Anne Mild is a second-year History MA student. She is currently researching the gendered consumption of chocolate in 18th century France in political and popular culture. She has a lot to say about the French Revolution and could probably sing all of Hamilton from memory. Favorite topics of research and conversation include: French cultural history, witchcraft, sex work, food history (especially European), questions of gender and sexuality in European and/or Middle Eastern history, intersectional feminism, and Catherine the Great’s pornographic furniture collection.
